Tune up

Our Tune Up is one of our most popular service. Why? Its a great value with the most to offer you. When you bring in your computer for a tune up we'll remove any virus lurking on your system along with adware, spyware, malware, popups, or any other things that might slow down your computer. It usually takes us only three days to perform a tune up but can sometimes take longer.

Diagnostic

When you're not sure what is wrong with your computer you can bring it in and we'll tell you. In many cases there is no fee for this. As long as you let us fix the problem we waive any fee associated with diagnostics. Sometimes, however, customers decide the computer is not worth fixing.

Repairs

There are various repairs we can perform on computers. Some of the more simple repairs include replacing CD or DVD drives, adding more RAM and replacing Hard Drives..

Service Calls

When you can't bring you're computer in or need something done on site, we're only a phone call away. Typical service calls include network problems and computer hardware problems. Most service calls are businesses which can't bring in an entire office of computers, but residential calls are welcome. We try to limit our reach to Pleasanton, Poteet and Jourdanton but anything within 10 miles is welcome too. All service calls outside of our 10 mile radius will be determined on a case by case basis. All service calls must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. On cases that are outside of 10 miles there will be an additional fuel surcharge. Tune Ups will not be performed on service calls, they are too time consuming.
